Holiday Donation Guide
Each year, hundreds of companies, organizations, and families help buy and donate gifts to provide families with opportunities to select and receive gifts while they’re far from home. Please join us in filling our shelves with holiday surprises for all of our guests!
We often have plenty of children’s toys, but truly need items for babies, teens and adults since we serve the entire family with our holiday gift drive!

Holiday Helpers
Assist on-site receiving and sorting donations at the Longfellow House. Other duties may be assigned. Sign up here.
Make Kits
Looking for an opportunity for a group of volunteers? Check out our off-site volunteering options, which include making kits for families. Sign up for a time to deliver your completed kits here.
Donation Drop-off
We prefer that items be dropped off before or during the first week of December, but we will continue to accept holiday donations throughout the month of December and into January. Items can be dropped off at 2502 Cherry St., Kansas City, MO 64108. Our donation hours are 7AM – 7PM daily. Do you have a really large donation? Email [email protected] to schedule your drop-off!
